Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with Mello purchase or gift for any reason. To process please email hello@mellodaily.com. We will provide a product exchange or credit for equal value to mellodaily.com. Products must be returned in new condition with packaging. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Mello will only accept returns and exchanges from purchases made on mellodaily.com. Mello will not allow returns from an alternative retail or ecommerce store. Mello monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Mello in all instances.

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil.
